Inspiration
Everyone who gets out of bed everyday to try and make the world a better place. More specifically, Marc Jacobs and Phil Green.
I would say to others with a passion for fashion to keep your passion. Mistakes are a learning curve and should be seen as positives not negatives. Get involved as much as possible in fashion. The best way in is through internships etc. and any contacts made should be kept and utilised.
Just keep going. Keep the passion and you will eventually succeed.
Creativity is:
a gift and should be used as much and as often as possible.

Hate is quite a strong word.
Preen
Mouldy old faux fur coat, because it keeps me warm waiting at bus stops in winter
Freelance designer
Stella McCartney and Vivienne Westwood for their environmentally concerned approaches to fashion
I would say to others with a passion for fashion to start out on internships as soon as possible, because you have got a LONG way to go before anyone will actually pay you to work
making something out of nothing

Pessimists and Close-minded people
Luella and PPQ. They both incorporate a fun, quirky fashion vibe, and after seeing both shows at London Fashion Week, theyve become firm favourites.
I dont have a favourite item, because my clothes are too precious to me to choose between. To me, clothes and accessories arent just a method of shelter, and dont have a domestic purpose. They are art, and every piece I own is a reflection of my creativity, and personality, and can portray a distinct timeline of my life.
Fashion Journalist at a credible fashion publication
Im inspired by Anna Wintour and Carine Roitfeld. As editors of such prominent publications, they inspire me to work at my future career and achieve what they have, and more.
I would say to others with a passion for fashion to go out, and do it. Get all the experience you can at a young age, so that you can get ahead. Live, breathe, eat, and sleep fashion, and one day, you can achieve your dream through perseverance, hard work, and enthusiasm.
just as important as academia. Without creativity, the world be a dull place.
Yero Biu, 17, Bristol
I love...when I see Diversity within the fashion industry, music, passion, ceasing all oppurtunities, being comfortable with your style, the importance of our youth in the fashion industry, street style, weird and wonderful things like floral Dr. Martins! Brogues, girls in boys clothes vice versa. 1.WO/MAN!
I hate when I moan about spending £5 on a magazine..when I really know its worth it! Running late, when people let fame get to their heads when theyre only human. I also hate when I have to second guess myself in an industry thats so cutting-edge and chaotic. During this project, Ive been exposed to things I probably wouldnt have seen at this age if I wasnt involved in it. I sometimes think, can I do this in 5 years? Then I remember that Im still young and learning so much I just have to persevere. I also dislike the lack of Black and Asian models on the runway, its a disgrace!
Apart from 1.WO/MAN ;)...Im really championing G.V.G.V. and the dynamic duo Proenza Schouler
I adore big tacky rings! I've been collected them since I was 5 years old. I also love a gorgeous tartan blazer I bought with Rose and Rachel when we went to Lazy Oaf. It's so boyish with shoulder pads! SHOULDER PADS!
My dream job would be...owner of a successful Fashion PR firm...editor in chief?!
Im inspired by everything...from whats on the web (lookbook.nu and fashion blogs) to pushy parents whove dressed their kid in head to toe designer gear! I really adore Fashion Photography, Patrick Demarchelier, Mario Testino Im so excited about RANKIN LIVE! Avant-Garde...and of course My mother!#
I would say to others with a passion for fashion to just go for it, it is possible...and if you want it so much, you'll get there in the end. But you need to WANT it. Apply to lots of fashion intern websites. People who are "in the know" do their research! Read lots, write to tons of magazines, EMAIL!!! Just keep trying and you'll get there, I definitely did.
something thats from the soul

I haven't really got a favourite, I like a bit of everything, but love a bargain even more
I've bin thinking about this one for ages and I could not pick one item. It was between my skinny jeans, a number of hats, or my waist coat
Pattern cutter
1950's the sexy, sophisticated style, Audrey Hepburn. Also love the whole Hollywood glamour.
I would say to others with a passion for fashion to show your best with everything you do because first impression does count. Always follow your instinct and if you want it that bad you will found a way to get it.

I would say to others with a passion for fashion to never underestimate the power of decidedly escaping your comfort zone. It may be the best thing that happens to you. And you will almost definitely establish new strengths from it.
the ability to come up with something artistically relevant to just you and express and share it with the world.

My car. It gives me so much freedom! Also, my family and friends, going on holiday and exploring new cultures
Meaningless arguments
The notorious Chanel as its so timeless and chic
My pearl on my gold necklace as it is amazing how such a great value can be held within such a minute volume and that something so precious can be made from something so inconspicuous and mundane.
To design for a top fashion label or to have my own collection
I have many inspirations that change to suit the project Im doing. However, Gabrielle Chanel is my inspiration. To me she is my icon, she changed the way people saw fashion and radically transformed the way people dress.
I would say to others with a passion for fashion to grab any opportunity possible to show your creativity and determination to succeed. Always keep in mind what is important to you and expect twice as many low points as high points.
not just to inspire and to be inspired, but involves a lot of serious work and becomes a way of life.

Going to London and discovering new things. I like taking adventures, and trying to delve into the unknown
I pretty much take everything in my stride, but I dislike selfishness, rudeness and any other form of negativity apparent in the world today
Viktor and Rolf
Shorts, they're my favourite garment this summer. I found some nice, beige shorts that I roll up. I think they're quite quirky and possibly a touch shorter than the traditional shorts men wear.
I would love for travelling to be a major part of my job, roaming the world to find new ideas and to gain inspiration. I'm currently steering towards being a stylist or fashion photographer, but I think to be successful in the fashion industry would be a pleasure in itself
I love browsing through old books/magazines for inspiration. I think the internet is a great source too. There's nothing more than a nice summers day to overload you with creativity though. I think there are so many elements of the world that offer inspiration - so it's kind of hard to identify just a few things that inspire me.
I would say to others with a passion for fashion to just make sure you gain as much experience as possible. Experience is vital. Whether it's putting yourself out to work for free, or taking an additional course in pattern cutting or life drawing, it shows that you're willing to work hard, shows commitment and is also a benefit for yourself because you'll build up a stronger portfolio.
an amazing form of expression, for those who have the capability to challenge things from a dynamic perspective.

Life. Sometimes the most beautiful things can be found from your surroundings, why go to the effort of searching for something when its right on your doorstep?
I would say to others with a passion for fashion
Expect problems and hard times but its how you deal with these issues is what shows others what your really made of, don't give up and strive to achieve what it is you wish to accomplish it will pay off in the end.
